All renters must be 21 years or older, (as well as any additional drivers) have a valid drivers license, plus proof of liability and collision insurance, and a valid credit card with available funds. The renter must have the drivers license and credit card with the same name on them. Cash can be used to pay for the rental but we must obtain a valid credit card on file. To guarantee a van reservation a credit card number and insurance information must be provided. There is no deposit needed at time of reservation, but payment is due at time of pick-up. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and business or church checks for payment at time of pick-up.
All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking Vehicles. If we find that our vehicle has been smoked in upon return of the vehicle a $250 fine will be added to the bill.
Additional drivers are allowed at no extra charge, but each driver must be at least 21 years old and a copy of their driver’s license and insurance information is required. Anyone who plans on driving our vehicles must be added to the rental contract.
All rental days are calculated in 24 hour increments. We do allow a ONE hour grace period when returning a rental. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12pm. You must pick-up your rental during our business hours, but we do have a drop box to return rentals after hours if needed. We provide a full tank of gas and ask that you return your vehicle with a full tank upon drop-off.
We do not overbook! You will get the van you reserved. At ABS Van Rentals, you will not be given a last-minute excuse that your reserved van was "in an accident last night", or that the prior renter is late returning.
It is never too early to reserve one of our passenger vans, but if you wait too long it may be too late! If you make a reservation and later realize that you need to cancel, you may cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. If you do not show up or notify us of a cancelation, we do charge 25% of your rental to the credit card on file.
