All renters must be 21 years or older, as well as any additional drivers, have full coverage automobile insurance, and a valid credit card or debit card with a VISA or MasterCard logo. To guarantee a van reservation a credit card number and insurance information must be provided to make a reservation. There is no deposit needed at time of reservation, but payment is due at time of pick-up. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and business or church checks for payment at time of pick-up.
All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking Vehicles. If we find that our vehicle has been smoked in upon return of the vehicle a $250 fine will be added to the bill.
Additional drivers are allowed at no extra charge, but each driver must be at least 21 years old and a copy of their driver’s license is required. Each additional driver must be added to the rental contract before they can drive the van.
All rental days are calculated in 24 hour increments. We do allow a ONE hour grace period when returning a rental. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8:30am-12pm. You must pick-up your rental during our business hours, but we do have a drop box to return rentals after hours if needed. We provide a full tank of gas and ask that you return your vehicle with a full tank upon drop-off.
It is never too early to reserve one of our passenger vans, but if you wait too long it may be too late! If you make a reservation and later realize that you need to cancel, you may cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. If you do not show up or notify us of a cancellation, we do charge 25% of your rental to the credit card on file.
